Every month OHEF is holding a STEM challenge for our students to
try something new and show off what they can do! For the month of February, we challenge our Coyotes to make a: The Fluor Engineering Challenge (The Tallest Paper Tower) Supplies: paper, tape, scissors, pencil, and 1 canned good. Adult supervision required. Mission: Build as tall a tower as you can out of just paper and tape and balance a can of food on it for sixty seconds. The Fluor Engineering Challenge By building the Tallest Paper Tower you could also get a chance to win $1000 for our school by entering a photo of it into the Fluor Engineering Challenge! The fewer sheets of paper you use and the taller your tower is, the higher your score. Finish your tower and testing and submit photos and your score before the March 12, 2021 deadline to enter the Fluor Engineering contest. Want more information? Check out this link. Or this video.
