The Oak Hills Education Foundation was created out of necessity years ago. We needed to pay for a program that the school district could not pay for. Thinking outside the box, creative minds formed an organization that was able to fundraise and implement programs with a focus on science, that our kids needed.
We've come a long way. The Foundation has help supplement pay for teachers, technology upgrades, teacher support, and building our new science lab. That's an amazing list of accomplishments for the education of our kids in the important area of STEAM.
We're not done yet! With the advancement of technology and science we must keep up, and keep ahead! As we continue to build relationships with educators and learning communities that can help our children thrive, we are also raising funds to pay for the maintenance of the facilities and computer we now have.
